Toasty Mac:

Toasty Mac has never worked as a circus performer and was not a Communist sympathizer during the McCarthy era. He was, however, once very well-known in certain circles as an expert polo player.

Toasty has spent most of his adult life working in museums, cataloguing antiquities and restoring artifacts. He is currently employed at the Smithsonian.

In his spare time he likes to collect 16mm film prints and teas from around the world. He has also written several short stories, some of which have been published in such noted magazines as Velvet America, Fleur, and The New Yorker.

Toasty Mac lives in Washington D.C. with his son.
